Construction/Construction Management:
The Royal Team offers construction management services with the intent to provide our clients with cost effective, quality controlled methods of operations. Serving as the single point of responsibility, our team manages the bidding process from bid solicitation and receipt, to bid tabulation and contract award. Our Construction Managers are experienced with a multitude of development types and can provide project cost and construction schedule projection reports at the very early stages of project conception. With team members that have over 20 years of combined coastal engineering design experience, Royal is able to provide excellent coastal and environmental knowledge, meet aggressive schedules and produce quality engineering submittals in a cost-effective manner. Applying innovative, creative approaches to every project we manage, our team develops plans and specifications to construct a multitude of coastal restoration projects.
Our coastal engineers are capable of investigating a myriad of different coastal protection alternatives based on regional environments and erosion causing factors. Employing practicality, regulatory requirements, and cost-effectiveness to streamline investigations and reduce cost the team evaluates, designs and oversees construction on coastal protection measures such as breakwaters, beach nourishment, concrete panels, rock dikes, and sheet pile walls among others.
Royal plays an active role in advocating for coastal projects and has long-standing relationships with governmental decision makers in the state of Louisiana. Our approach of combining engineering expertise with habitat restoration, has established an exceptional working relationship with agency staff.
